It deserves its 4 stars. The hotel was quiet, as you can expect from Canberra. Bathroom was newly renovated, with shower facilities, a hair dryer and terry dressing gowns. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.
The street, it was noisy.

Everything we needed, like manuka oval was placed within a walking distance of the hotel. Excellent location adjacent to the Canberra train station. Choosing for lunch the fig tree cafe, which is situated 400 metres away was a good idea;))

Our room was good sized and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed staying at rydges canberra. Vicinity of manuka oval was a plus.
